Terms & conditions
The rules that apply to your account, your wallet balance and the transactions you make through the platform.
Last updated: 20 September 2026
Acceptance
By registering for or using Supayo, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. Accounts opened with false information may be closed without notice.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by sub-accounts you create and staff you give access to.
- Credentials, transaction PINs and API secrets must be kept confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe they have been exposed.
- One account per person or business. Duplicate accounts created to obtain additional benefits may be merged or closed.
Wallet and balance
- Your wallet is a prepaid balance used to fund transactions. It is not a bank deposit and does not earn interest.
- Deposits are credited after verification of the reference you submit. Submitting a reference belonging to someone else, or reusing a reference, may result in suspension.
- Withdrawals are processed to the account details you register, subject to verification, minimum amounts and any holds against transactions still in flight.
- We may place a temporary hold on a balance where fraud, chargeback or regulatory review is reasonably suspected, and will tell you when we do.
Transactions
- You are responsible for the details you enter. A recharge delivered to a number you typed incorrectly cannot be recalled once the operator confirms it.
- A transaction is final when the operator or biller confirms delivery. Until then it may show as processing or pending.
- Failed transactions are reversed to your wallet automatically. Where a reversal does not appear, raise it with support with the transaction ID.
- Delivery times depend on operator and biller systems. We do not guarantee a specific delivery time and are not responsible for delays originating with them.
- We may impose transaction limits by account tier, service or period, and may change them where required for risk or regulatory reasons.
Commission and rates
- Commission is credited at the point a transaction is confirmed and forms part of your wallet balance.
- Rates depend on your account tier, the operator or biller, and the specific product. The live rate sheet in your dashboard is the authoritative source.
- Rates may change when operators revise their own agent terms. Changes are announced before taking effect where we are able to give notice.
- Commission credited in error, or arising from a transaction later reversed or found to be fraudulent, may be debited back.
API use
- API keys are issued to you alone and only function from the server IP addresses you register.
- Rate limits apply per key and per account tier. Sustained excess traffic may be throttled or suspended.
- You must send a unique reference identifier with each request. We are not responsible for duplicate transactions caused by retries sent without one.
- Callback signatures must be verified before you act on a callback. We are not responsible for losses arising from acting on unverified callbacks.
- You may not resell, sublicense or expose raw API access to third parties without written agreement.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or any other criminal activity.
- Process transactions on behalf of a third party in a way that disguises the true source or destination of funds.
- Circumvent operator rules, tier limits, promotional terms or rate structures.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, probe it for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its operation.
- Misrepresent your relationship with us, including presenting yourself as an official representative or reselling under our name without agreement.
Suspension and closure
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud or misuse, or where we are required to by a regulator or operator. Where the law and the circumstances allow, we will tell you the reason and give you an opportunity to respond. Balance held in a closed account is returned after deduction of amounts properly owed, subject to any legal hold.
You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support, once outstanding transactions have settled.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, since it depends on operator, biller and network systems outside our control. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the value of the transaction giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profit or lost business, however arising.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Bangladeshi law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced before taking effect and the date at the top of this page will change.
