Setup guides, written for the counter.

Short walkthroughs for the things every new reseller does in their first week — and the few things developers need before going live.

Start here

Your first week, in order

Register and verify

Sign up with your mobile number, email and NID details. Verification is usually reviewed within minutes during business hours. Keep your phone nearby for the OTP.

Set your transaction PIN

Before you sell anything, set a PIN that is different from your login password. This is what protects the wallet if a counter machine is left unlocked.

Add your first balance

Send a small amount through bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer, then submit the transaction ID. Start small to confirm the flow before loading a working float.

Run a test recharge

Top up your own number for the minimum amount. You will see the whole cycle — confirmation, receipt, commission credit and the entry in your report.

Add staff accounts if you need them

Give each assistant their own login with a spending limit. Never share your main account credentials with staff.

Close out at the end of the day

Open the daily report, check sales against the cash in your drawer, and note the closing balance. Do this from day one — it is much harder to start later.

Guides by topic

Common tasks, explained once

Adding balance without delays

Send the exact amount, submit the transaction ID from your own SMS rather than a screenshot, and use one deposit per submission. Mismatched or reused references are the usual cause of a slow credit.

Reading a failed transaction

Open the transaction, check the status and the operator response. If the reversal has not appeared within a few minutes, send the transaction ID to support — do not resend the recharge.

Managing sub-agents

Create an account per person, set a daily limit, and review the per-agent report weekly. Limits are much easier to set up front than to impose after a problem.

Understanding your reports

Sales, commission and closing balance are separate figures. Commission is already inside your wallet balance, so do not add it again when reconciling cash.

Generating and protecting API keys

Generate from the dashboard, whitelist only the servers that need it, and store the secret outside your code repository. Revoke immediately if a machine is compromised.

Keeping the account secure

Use a unique password, keep the transaction PIN separate, review device logs occasionally, and never share credentials over chat — including with anyone claiming to be support.

A note on support impersonation

Nobody from our team will ever ask for your password, transaction PIN or an OTP — not on the phone, not on WhatsApp, not on Facebook. If someone does, they are not from us. End the conversation and report it to support from a number you already have saved.

Support on WhatsApp

Fastest route for anything transaction-related. Include the transaction ID.
