How to Add Money to Your Reseller Balance and Earn Commission

Add Money and Earn Commission

Adding balance is not just topping up stock. Every deposit pays you commission, and most resellers do not realise how much it adds up to.

How deposit commission works

Pay in ৳1,000 and more than ৳1,000 arrives. How much more depends on your level.

LevelRatePay ৳1,000Pay ৳10,000
Retailer1.1%৳1,011৳10,110
Dealer1.4%৳1,014৳10,140
DGM1.5%৳1,015৳10,150
House1.6%৳1,016৳10,160
VIP1.8%৳1,018৳10,180

Over a year, a shop depositing ৳200,000 a month earns ৳26,400 at Retailer and ৳43,200 at VIP. That difference alone usually justifies an upgrade.

Payment methods

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are all normally supported. Commission may differ slightly between them, so check before choosing — on a large deposit even 0.1% is worth noticing.

Step by step

  1. Open Add Funds in your panel
  2. Enter the amount — the page shows what will actually arrive
  3. Choose your method and complete the payment
  4. Balance credits automatically once the gateway confirms

Automatic crediting usually takes seconds. Manual methods can take longer, especially outside business hours.

Deposit in larger blocks

Three reasons:

  • Fewer transactions, fewer chances for one to go wrong
  • Less time spent at the payment screen instead of serving customers
  • You never run dry at peak, which is exactly when deposits are slowest

The counter-argument is idle capital. A sensible balance is roughly two days of turnover — enough to cover a busy Friday, not so much that money sits still.

When a deposit does not arrive

  1. Wait five minutes. Most delays resolve themselves.
  2. Check your deposit history. If it shows Pending, it is in progress. If Failed, the payment did not complete and no money left your account.
  3. Find the transaction ID. Your bKash or Nagad SMS has it. Nothing can be traced without it.
  4. Contact support with that ID, the amount, and the time.

Do not repeat the payment while the first is pending. You will end up with two deposits and a slower refund than simply waiting.

Keep your own record

A notebook or a spreadsheet with date, amount, method and transaction ID. When a dispute happens weeks later, this is what settles it in minutes rather than days.
